摘要
利用田间自然发病、苗期人工接种和同功酶的活性分析测定对新选甜瓜品系①(98-F-Y-4-16-7-7-1-1-3-3)的抗病性(白粉病)进行了重复鉴定。结果表明:品系①高抗白粉病,可作为抗病材料在甜瓜育种中加以利用;磷酸酯酶的活性与白粉病的抗性有关。
The powdery midew resistance of new selected muskmelon strain1(98-F-Y-4-16-7-7-1-1-3-3) was identified by the methods of natural infection in open field, artificial inoculation at seedling stage and isoenzyme activity analysis. The results indicatied that the strain1 had high powdery midew resistance and can be used as disease-resistant material in muskmelon breeding, phosphoesterase activity related to powdery midew resistance.
