合成肽技术在抗生育研究中的应用
摘要
免疫性避孕疫苗的研究是当前计划生育研究的重点之一。利用受精相关分子抗原表位肽的氨基酸序列合成的嵌合肽具有成分明确、安全性高、易于大量制备等优点,适合于开发抗生育疫苗,并已获得了一定成效。
