瘦素与胚泡着床
摘要
瘦素(leptin)是近年发现的肥胖基因(ob)编码的肽类激素,主要作用于中枢和外周,调节机体的能量代谢和脂肪贮存。近年研究表明leptin与妊娠和生殖调节有关。早孕蜕膜、绒毛都有leptin受体的表达,滋养层细胞还能合成并分泌leptin,提示leptin与胚泡着床有一定关系。leptin的合成和分泌受甾体激素调节。
