摘要
自从1990年首例植入前遗传学诊断(PGD)应用于临床以来,这项技术在多个临床生殖中心迅速的开展起来,对于辅助生殖技术(ART)产生了巨大影响,这主要得益于人类对遗传性疾病认识的深入和分子诊断技术的不断提高,综述了这些遗传学检测技术的新进展,并对存在的问题和发展的前景做了进一步的阐述和展望。
