不同方案的激素替代与乳癌危险性的研究进展
摘要
绝经后激素替代治疗的乳癌危险性是否增加极具争议,其中尤以雌孕激素联合应用对乳房的影响,是目前的研究热点之一。本文就不同方案HRT与乳癌危险性的流行病学、病理类型、可能的分子学机制、及HRT应用展望等方面的研究进展作一综述。
