针刺治疗带状疱疹后顽固性神经痛42例

Acupuncture Treatment of 42 Cases of Intractable Neuralgia Subsequent to Herpes Zoster

目的 观察针刺疗法治疗带状疱疹后顽固性神经痛的临床疗效。方法 按照随机分组分为治疗组 42例 ,对照组 40例。治疗组用刺络拔罐法和排刺法交替使用 ;对照组单纯用西药治疗。结果与结论 治疗组总有效率为 90 % ,对照组为 85 %(P<0 .0 1)。针刺治疗带状疱疹后顽固性神经痛疗效显著 。

Purpose To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment on intractable neuralgia subsequent to herpes zoster. Method The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 42 cases and a control group of 40 cases. The treatment group was treated by blood letting puncture and cupping and multiple acupuncture in alignment alternately; the control group was treated by oral administration of Vit B 1 20 mg, Vit C 0.3 g and dibazol 10 mg, 3 times a day, or intramuscular injection of Vit B 1 100 mg and Vit B 12 0.25 mg, once daily. Results and Conclusion The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 85% in the control group( P <0.01). Acupuncture treatment has a marked effect on intractable neuralgia subsequent to herpes zoster without obvious adverse reactions.
