喉癌功能性外科手术的嗓音康复

Rehabilitation of Voice after Functional Surgical Operation on Laryngeal Cancer

目的 探讨喉癌患者采用喉部分切除术不同术式治疗术后嗓音的演化过程 ,对喉癌功能性外科手术患者术后不同阶段的嗓音测试及电声门图测试进行前瞻性研究。方法 应用计算机嗓音声学测试系统 (Dr .SpeechScienceforWin dows软件 ,美国泰亿格公司产品 )及喉电声门图仪 ,对 3 6例各种喉癌功能性外科术后的患者进行嗓音参数定量分析及电声门图检查。结果 喉功能性外科术后 ,喉的解剖形态学发生了改变 ,且不同术式切除的喉部组织结构也不相同 ,因此 ,患者术后嗓音参数在不同时期也不相同 ;同时 ,各种术式的患者在术后不同时期电声门图的测试结果也不一样。结论 动态嗓音测试及电声门图检查能客观评价喉癌功能性外科手术后嗓音的疗效及预后 。

Objective To explore the evolution of voice after partial laryngectomy taking different way of surgical operation;To carry on a prospective study on the test of voice of patients with laryngocarcinoma at different period after receiving functional surgical operation.Method Voice parameters of thirty six patients after different functional surgical operation were analyzed quantitatively with Dr. Speech Science for Windows software and computer multimedia technique.Results After functional surgical operation of larynx structure,the laryngeal anatomicl structure had been changed.The laryngeal structure is different by taking different way of surgical operation.So the voice parameters of patients at different period will be different after surgical operation.Conclusion Dynamic voice test can objectivcly evaluate the efficacy and prognosis of voice after functional surgical operation on laryngocarcinoma.
