摘要 用透射电镜观察了不同浓度梯度Hg2 + 对睡莲 [NymphaeatetragonaGeorgi]幼叶细胞超微结构主要是对细胞核、叶绿体和线粒体的的损伤情况 .观察结果表明 :当Hg2 + 培养浓度小于 5mg/L时 ,处理 5d的睡莲幼叶细胞超微结构无明显破坏 ;随处理浓度的增大 ,对各细胞器的损伤加剧 ,表现为叶绿体的类囊体膨胀 ,外膜断裂 ,直至消失 ,叶绿体解体 .线粒体的脊突膨胀成囊泡状 ,局部瓦解 ,线粒体成空泡状 .细胞核染色质凝集 ,核仁散开 ,核膜破裂 ,染色质从核孔散出 ,最终导致细胞死亡 .研究表明 ,Hg2 + 对睡莲的急性致死浓度为 5~ 8mg/L . The ultrastructural damage of Hg 2+ to the leaf cells of Nymphaea tetragona Georgi under the condition of simulated Hg 2+ pollution was observed with electron microscopy,Mainly to the cell nucleus,chloroplast and mitochondria.Ultrastucture observation showed that: There was no obvious change to the ultrastructure of the leaf cells at low culture concentration (<5?mg/L);with the increasing pollutant concentration,the extent of damage was increased,namely: the thylakoids of chloroplasts were swollen,the inner and outer membranes of the envelope were distended,the envelope disrupted and dispersed and collapsed in the end.The cristae of mitochondria was swollen and disintegrated finally,so mitochondria looked as vesiculation.The chromatin of nucleus was condensed and agglutinated and out through the nucleus pore.Nucleus was scattered,the nuclear membrane disrupted at last.The cells were dead eventually.We thought that acute fatal concentration of Hg 2+ to Nymphaea tetragona Georgi was 5~8?mg/L.
