摘要
研究了不同浓度的Hg2 + 、Cd2 + 离子单一处理对轮藻 (Chara)藻体叶绿素含量 ,叶绿素a/b比值 ,可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化物酶 (POD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性的影响 .受Hg2 + 、Cd2 + 胁迫后 ,随着Hg2 + 、Cd2 + 浓度的增加 ,叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b比值、可溶性蛋白含量持续下降 ;Hg2 + 处理系列SOD活性呈下降趋势 ,而Cd2 + 系列则表现出先降后升再降趋势 ;两种离子处理POD活性都表现出先明显上升后下降的相同情况 ,但幅度不同 ;CAT活性受两种离子的影响存在明显不同 .实验结果表明 ,在相同处理浓度和处理时间条件下 ,Hg2 + 比Cd2 + 对轮藻的毒性要大 .
The effect of Hg 2+ ?Cd 2+ on chloropyll concentration,chlorophyll a/b value,soluble protein content,activities of SOD,POD and CAT were studied.The results showed chloropyll concentration,chlorophyll a/b value and soluble protein content decreased progressively with the increase in concentration of Hg 2+ ?Cd 2+ .The activity of SOD decreased progressively with the increase in concentration of Cd 2+ ; while for the system under Hg 2+ treatment ,the activity of SOD droped first and increased afterwards and droped finally.The activity of POD increased apparently first and decreased at last for the system under both treatments of Hg 2+ and Cd 2+ .The activity of CAT was affected very different by Hg 2+ and Cd 2+ .The results indicate that under the same treatment conditions,i.e.the same treatment concentration and time,the poisoning effect of Hg 2+ on Chara is higher than that of Cd 2+ .
