摘要
膜分离法现已广泛应用于饮料的原辅料生产 ,饮用水处理 膜分离技术可用于果蔬汁的脱酸、脱苦、澄清、浓缩及过滤等方面 它对于提高果蔬汁产品的质量 ,增加产量 。
The principle, type and characteristics of the membrane separation processes are expounded in the article.We discuss how to apply the membrane separation processes to the fruit and vegetable juice de-acidifying, de-bittering, clearfying and concentrating, the beverage raw and assist material producing.
