广播电视大学的开放教育与普通专科教育在办学特点、教育形式、教育内涵、人才方向以及人才层次等方面均有区别。开放教育以其自身的特点和优势展示了电大的发展走向 ,因而要坚持以开放教育统整电大各类教育。

There are many differences between RTVU's open education and the general academy education. Open education has its own special features in school running, teaching mode, contents of education, and the level and orientation of its students. With these features and predominance, open education is demonstrating the direction of RTVU's development. Thus we should persist in integrating RTVU's variety of education modes under the goal of open education.
