China's entry into WTO brings the opportunity of development and the severe challenge as well to the countryside. Network agriculture university is in need. By integrating all the existing education resources in the countryside, such as the Liaoyuan network education, distance agriculture education, Radio & TV University education, agricultural science garden, etc, we can establish a network agriculture university in the countryside, which will combine education, scientific research, production, marketing and management all together in one system.
