文章结合党的十五大关于产权理论的重大突破 ,对西方经济学家和马克思的产权论述以及目前我国学术界的有关论述进行了分析探讨。认为应从产权与资源配置关系、所有制理论、产权的相关法律规定、产权与制度成本及交易成本的关系等方面全面理解产权。提出产权是人们在发生经济关系时形成的人对稀缺的经济资源的权利 。

Combined with the great break-through on property theory in the 15th Party Congress,this article analyzes the statement about property. It puts forward that property is a kind of right to the rare economic resources formed in the economic relationship between people,which is also a rule adjusting the economic relationship between people .
