一维强关联系统的Peierls相变温度与Hubbard模型参数的关系

摘要 在一维强关联电子系统中 ,用一维大UHubbard Peierls哈密顿量去讨论它的Peierls相变 ,其中用RPA求电子自能修正 ,发现这样的系统能引起一个反铁磁自旋波和声子相互作用而引起的二聚化相变 ,而且相变温度随掺杂参数δ的增加而降低 .这种处理方法在δt≥J的区域内有效 . An one-dimensional large-U Hubbard-Peierls Hamiltonian is proposed to discuss the Peierls transition in the strongly correlated electron system.It is shown that this system can cause a dimerization transition induced by the anti-ferromagnetic spin-wave and the phonon interaction.And the transition temperature T d shows decrease when the doping parameter increases.The treatment is valid at region of δt≥J.
