摘要
在欠发达地区,农村中小学新任教师普遍具备负责的执教态度和一定的实际工作能力,但也存在着一些具体问题。要促使这些地区教育良性发展,必须采取切实可行的措施引导和培训新任教师,巩固其专业思想,提高其业务能力,使其能更好地胜任本职工作。
In underdeveloped areas, while new teachers are usually both responsible and capable in teaching, there also exist some problems. To accelerate the educational development in these areas, it is necessary to take feasible measures to direct and train new teachers so as to consolidate their major and teaching ability.
