粘合增进剂AIR-1在载重斜交轮胎帘布胶中的应用

Application of adhesion promoter AIR-1 to ply compound of truck tire

研究了粘合增进剂AIR 1在载重斜交轮胎 9 0 0 -2 0 16PR缓冲胶、胎体外层帘布胶和内层帘布胶中的应用效果。试验结果表明 ,加入 5份粘合增进剂AIR 1,可明显提高胶料与帘线之间的H抽出力和粘合强度以及胶料的热老化性能 ,提高成品轮胎帘布层间的粘合强度和耐久性 。

The application of adhesion promoter AIR 1 to the cushion ply and carcass ply compounds was investigated.The test results showed that the H pull out force of cord,the adhesion strength between rubber and cord and the hot aging properties of rubber as well as the adhesion strength between rubber and cord in finished tire and its retension increased,and the compound cost decreased by adding 5 phr of adhesion promoter AIR 1.
