摘要
采用挤出成型生产出PP B给水管材 ,重点讨论了塑化温度、螺杆转速和冷却水温等挤出成型工艺条件对PP B给水管材耐液压性能的影响。结果表明 :当塑化温度为 2 0 0℃左右 ,螺杆转速为 3 5~ 40r/min ,冷却水温为 2 5~ 40℃时 ,PP B给水管材具有较理想的耐液压性能。
s PP B water supply pipe was produced by extruder,and effect of processing conditions,such as plasticizing temperature,screw revolution speed and cooling water temperature,on hydrostatic pressure resistance of PP B water supply pipe was centered on in our study The resurts showed the PP B water supply pipe could have superior hydrostatic pressure resistance when plasticizing temperature was about 200 ℃,screw revolution speed was 35~40 r/min,and cooling water temperature was 25~40 ℃
