摘要 本文研究了以多官能团环氧树脂及液体酸酐为基体 ,以叔胺及有机酸盐为促进剂组成的RTM用环氧树脂体系 ,采用DSC和DMA等方法研究了树脂体系的固化工艺及固化物的性能。结果表明 :该树脂体系粘度低 ,适用期长 ,适用于RTM工艺 ;该树脂体系的湿热性能较差 。 The epoxy resin system is applied to RTM process. It consists of multi-functional epoxy resin and liquid anhydride as the matrix, trialkylamine and salt of organic acid as the accelerator. Curing processing and cured properties are studied by DSC and DMA. It shows that this resin system is adequate for RTM process because of its low viscosity and long shelf life? Moreover,the properties of the hot/wet resistence need to be improved.
