ZCS-32新型杀菌剂的研究

摘要 中原油田回注污水中生长着大量硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)及腐生菌(TGB),而采用1227、异噻唑啉酮、有机硫化合物、有机铜盐、嗅有机化合物等杀菌剂,灭菌效果差,在室内合成了ZCS-32型(双十二烷基二甲基二苄基氯化锡铵)杀菌剂,试验结果表明:ZCS-32新型杀菌剂是一种适合中原油田回注污水的优良杀菌剂。 An organotinoammonium salt, didodecyl dimethyl dibenzyltinoammonium chloride (ZCS-32), as bacteri-cide for recycling oilfield produced water is synthesized and evaluated in laboratory for capability to shilling bacteria SBR and TGB, for corrosivity and compatibility with other water treating agents comparatively with 5 bactericides of other classes in use at Zhongyuan Oil Fields. It is shown that ZCS-32 is the most effective bactericide and suitable for reeating the produced waters in all water treating plants of Zhongyuan Oil Fields.
