摘要 目的:降低药物溶出与紫外联机系统的测量误差,扩展联机系统定量分析的有效吸收度范围,提高检测准确度。方法:差示分光光度法和配置不同光程流通池相结合的方法应用于药物溶出与紫外联机系统。结果:氧氟沙星片及硫唑嘌吟片的加样回收率(n=6)分别为95.7%和97.0%,RSD分别为1.1%和0.6%。结论:本文方法简单,可靠,准确。 Objective: To reduce the measureraent error of an automatic dissolution testing system, to extend the absorbance ranges applied for quantitative analysis and to improve the precision of the analysis. Method: Differ-ential spectrophotometry and the flow - cell of different path - lengths used for automatic dissolution testing system. Results: The recoveries for ofloxacin tablets and azathioprine tablets in this method are 95. 7% with RSD 1. 1% (n =6) and 97. 0% with RSD 0. 6% (n =6) respectively. Conclusion: The method developed is more simple, practicable and accurate.
