摘要
从 45钢的冶金质量、钢的成分对淬火加热温度的影响、零件截面尺寸、零件设计缺陷与机加工损伤等方面的单独影响及综合作用分析了 45钢制零件在生产过程中的开裂与断裂原因 。
Analysis is given on the cracking and fracture of machine parts made of 45 steel during the processing from the points of metallurgical quality, the influence of the steel's chemical composition on its quenching temperature, the cross-section size of the machine parts, the imperfection in the design of the parts, and the surface injuring during machining cutting. Ways for avoiding the cracking and fracture are proposed.
