摘要
采用机械合金化方法得到了Nd -Fe -P 3元合金 ,然后用盐酸 (1∶1)进行后处理 ,得到Nd2 Fe1 2 P7单相粉粒。其晶格参数为a =9 2 80 ,c=3 70 5 。通过对晶体衍射谱强度的计算 ,给出了Nd2 Fe1 2
The ternary Nd-Fe-P compound was prepared by mechanical alloy. Usually, each specimen consisted of many different phases. When the stoichiometry was near the atomic ratio 1∶5∶3,the phase of Nd 2Fe 12 P 7 was the major in the specimen. Some phases contained in the specimens were dissolved in hydrochloric acid (1∶1)and then the single phase of Nd 2Fe 12 P 7 was obtained. The compound of Nd 2Fe 12 P 7 belongs to the Zr 2Fe 12 P 7-type structure and was paramagnetic, its lattice constant was a =9 280?, c =3 705?.The position of each atom in Nd 2Fe 12 P 7 crystal was obtained by calculating the diffractive intensity.
