This paper discusses the advantage of software development based on component software and the feature of three-tier C/S structure developing model.In the meantime it introduces DCOM and ActiveX techniques which support development of three-tier C/S structure model based on component Software techniques.The application of developing three-tier C/S structure model using DCOM and ActiveX techniques is given in the end.
