改进的帕丘卡微生物预氧化反应器的参数优化

摘要 研究了高径比为 7.5的充气搅拌反应器中结构因素和操作因素对矿浆悬浮和能耗的影响 .实验结果表明充气和搅拌都对悬浮状态有交互影响 ,以叶轮接近底部、充气和搅拌所产生的流体循环方向一致时耗能最低 ,悬浮效果最好 .从节省能源的角度看 ,微生物氧化硫化矿时矿浆在反应器内的均匀悬浮是不必要的 ,只要稍高于临界悬浮即可 ,提高叶轮转速也有利于空气中氧的溶解 .用高径比为 7.5的充气搅拌反应器进行了黄铁矿的微生物氧化处理 ,质量分数为 1 0 %黄铁矿矿浆 ,氧化 1 2 0 h,充气量 95 .5 L/min· m2 ,这种悬浮状态的微生物氧化率相当于机械搅拌反应器氧化率的 94.7% .耗能约 1 2 0 k W· The paper studied the influences of structural and operating factors on pulp suspension and power consumption in a modified Pachuca (pneumaticagitating) reactor with a height/diameter ratio 7.5. The experiments showed that both of the aeration and agitation affect suspension status mutually. To decrease the distance between propeller and bottom will promote suspending of pulp, and the same direction of cycling fluid made by aerated air dispersers and by propelleris also advantaging suspension and saving energy. In view of saving energy, a uniform suspension is unnecessary, the optimum rotating rate is a little bit higher than the critical rotating rate, and higher rotating rate avails dissolution of oxygen. A biopreoxidation experiment of pyrite was conducted in the pneumaticagitating reactor with a height/diameter ratio 7.5, under the conditions of 10% pulp density, 95.5 L/m 2·min of air flowrate and 120 hours of oxidation time, the oxidation ratio of pyrite is 94.7% of that of a mechanical agitation reactor with a shallow cell, its power consumption is 120 kW·h/t.
