摘要
介绍了高速轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶的配方设计。根据胎面胶性能和特点的要求 ,选取SBR15 0 0 /SBR1712 /NR并用胶、炭黑N2 34、芳烃油、后效性次磺酰胺类促进剂、烃类增粘树脂等原材料。大、小配合试验结果表明 ,硫化胶的物理性能达到设计要求 ,工艺性能良好。成品轮胎 185 /70R14通过耐久性能和 2 2 0km·h- 1 高速性能测试 。
The formulation of the tread compound for speed rated radial passenger car tire was described.Based on the requirements for the properties and characteristics of tread compound,SBR1500/SBR1712/NR blend,carbon black N234,aromatic oil sulfenamide type accelerator and olefin resin were chosen.The test results of shop compounding and lab compounding showed that the better processibility of tread compound was obtained and the physical properties of vulcanizate met with the design requirements.The finished tire 185/70R14 with the test tread compound passed the endurace test and 220 km·h -1 speed performance test specified in national standard and Gemany ECE standard respectively.
