摘要
以邻苯二甲酸酐、甘油、三 (2 -羟乙基 )异氰脲酸酯 (THEIC)、己二酸及新戊二醇为原料 ,制得外观从粘性半固体到脆性固体的一系列聚酯多元醇齐聚物。研究结果表明 ,THEIC的引入能明显提高聚酯多元醇的热分解稳定性和耐高温烧蚀性 ,含 THEIC聚酯多元醇的热分解过程是分两阶段进行的 ,其中第二阶段的热失重主要是由 THEIC组分引起。通过调节组分中的 THEIC/甘油、羟基 /羧基及三元醇 /二元醇的摩尔比例 ,能够稳定合成工艺 ,制得耐热性能好、具有预定分子量和特性粘数的聚酯多元醇齐聚物。
A series of polyester polyol oligomer from viscous semi solid to brittle solid with varying components such as phthalic anhydride, glycerol, aliphatic diacid and neopentyl glycol were synthesized. It′s found that when THEIC was added into the components instead of equal mole glycerol the polyester poyols thermal stability will be increased ,and the process of pyrolyzing of THEIC contained polyester polyols showed two phases and the second pyrolyzing phase was closely related to THEIC component. Moreover, a heat resistant polyester polyols with forseeable molecular weight and inherent viscosity and stable synthesis techniques were prepared through regulating the THEIC/glycerol, OH/COOH and triol/diol mole ratios in original components.
