摘要 决定电流变体材料性能的主要因素是其分散相的选择。文中首次提出了以酮醛树脂盐类作为电流变体的分散相 ,研究了反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量等各种因素对其分子量的影响 ,测试了以酮醛树脂盐与硅油组成的电流变体材料的稳定特性、温度特性、流变特性、介电特性 ,结果表明该流体具有良好的抗高剪切速率的特性。 The main factor to determine material performance of electrorheological fluids is the choice of their dispersion. Lithium keto aldehyde as dispersion particles of electrorheological fluid was presented. The factors that influence its molecular weight, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyzer content and so on have been studied. The electrorheological fluids in this study consistes of salt of keto aldehyde particles dispersed in silicone oil. The rheological response of the electrorheological fluids was examined. The properties of electrorhelolgical fluids which include stability, temperature, rheology and dielectric constant etc. were measured and analyzed. The results indicated that the rheology of electrorheological fluids is stable in high shear strain rate.
