摘要
根据植物纤维自身的加工特点 ,如原始长径比值较大、热稳定极限温度较低等 ,研究了纤维 / PP共混复合加工的行为特征 ,探讨了采用现有设备进行纤维共混加工的可能性。实验表明纤维共混体系具有优良的加工适性 ,共混加工的平衡转矩低、转矩平衡时间较短、设备的磨耗较低等。同时 ,合理的共混工艺有利于加工中纤维形态的保持、纤维在基体树脂中的均匀分布与分散以及相界面的润湿与粘合 。
The researches on technique and methods of making blending complex from vegetable fiber and PP resin were researched. The possibility of proceeding under existing conditions was discussed. Test results revealed that the fiber/PP blending system has excellent processability, such as lower balance torque value, shorter balance time, lower wear and tear, etc., than corresponding one of pure PP. Otherwise, a rational blending technique also is a great advantageous to fiber′s well distributing in the complex, fiber′s keeping its origin shape during blending, and a good performance of the complex of fiber/PP.
