摘要
合成了超支化聚缩水甘油 (HPG)和聚氧化乙烯聚氨酯 (PEU) ,并对 HPG进行进一步的磺化和成盐 ,得到了超支化聚缩水甘油磺酸盐 (SHPG) ,将 SHPG与 PEU共混得到了准单离子型聚合物固体电解质。利用红外光谱、DSC、TGA和复阻抗谱分析等对样品进行了表征。实验结果表明 ,SHPG的含量为30 %~ 4 0 % (质量 )时 ,PEU/ SHPG聚合物固体电解质的室温 (2 5℃ )电导率 σ达到 6× 10 -6S/ cm。
Polyurethane and branched poly(glycidol) were synthesized. On this basis, polyurethane/hyperbranched poly(glycidol) sulfate complexes were prepared and characterized by FT IR, DSC and TGA. The ionic conductivity was calculated based on the impedance measurement. The relationships of conductivity with ion species, SHPG content and temperature were discussed. The optimum conductivity at room temperature was 6×10 -6 S/cm with 30% ~ 40% of SHPG. The conductivity increased with temperature and the dependence of ionic conductivity on temperature fits neither the Arrhenius equation nor the VTF equation. This is attributed to the unique molecular structure of SHPG.
