摘要
将环氧基硅烷 (GOTMS)引入 Ti O2 溶胶体系 ,采用溶胶 -凝胶低温镀膜方法在尼龙塑料表面形成Ti O2 涂层。利用 IR谱研究了偶联剂改性溶胶在热处理过程中的反应机理 ,XPS及 SEM分析表明 ,Ti O2涂层与尼龙表面通过 GOTMS形成化学界面结合。经 GOTMS改性 Ti O2 涂层处理后的尼龙吸水率是未处理时的一半 ,耐化学试剂性能较未处理时提高了 1倍。
TiO 2 coatings were prepared on the surface of nylon 66 by sol gel method from the precursor solution added with GOTMS. The reaction mechanics, chemical bondings of the interface and surface morphology were studied by FT IR, XPS and SEM. It was found that the chemical bondings between TiO 2 coating and nylon were formed via coupling of GOTMS. The water absorption rate of the coating nylon was less than half of the untreated nylon, and the chemical resistance was improved remarkably.
