本文试图以层次分析法研究市政府年度各项目标之间的关联,提出目标的分层排序与总排序,以便决策者统筹全局,推进工作.

With the method of the hierarchy analysis,the paper studies the relation between each annual objeet of the city government and puts forward stratifical sequencing and general sequencing of the objeet, so that the leaders can take the whole situation into account and improve their work.
