生产PVC-U阻燃多孔缆线护套管的几点体会

SOME UNDERSTANDINGS OF THE PRODUCTION OF PVC-U CABLE PROTECTING PIPE WITH FLAME RETARDANCE AND MULTIPLE HOLES

从设计制造机头模具和多孔管材的生产工艺两个方面,介绍在生产PVC-U阻燃多孔缆线护套管过程中必须注意的问题,提出加工成型温度、管材定径与冷却、管材芯管真空度等的最佳控制条件,列举了生产PVC-U阻燃多孔缆线护套管常见的质量问题及处理方法。

The necessary attentive problems in the process of producing PVC-U cable protecting pipe with flame retardance and multiple holes are introduced from the two aspects of the designing & processing of head die and the production technology of multiple-hole pipe. The optimal control conditions are put forward for the molding temperature, diameter determination and cooling of pipes and vacuum degree of pipe's core tube. The normal quality problems and treating methods are enumerated in the production of PVC-U cable protecting pipe with flame retardance and multiple holes.
