摘要
针对双频副反射器的结构特点和技术要求,研究了混杂纤维复合材料的性能和成型工艺。主要讨论混杂纤维蜂窝夹层结构材料的力学性能、电气性能、双曲面表面振子阵列的成型工艺及双曲面成型技术等,解决了双曲面金属阵列成型和表面精度等技术难题。研制出的双频副反射器在S频段的反射损耗为0.3 dB,在S频段的传输损耗为0.3 dB,型面精度达到0.226 mm。
According to structural features and technical requirements of the dual-frequency subreflector, the performance and shaping process technology of hybrid fibre composite are studied. The mechanical property, electrical property, shaping process of hy-perboloidal surface element array and hyperboloidal shaping process of hybrid fiber compsite with honeycomb sandwich structure are discussed , the difficult technology such as the surface metal array process and the surface profile accuracy are resolved. The reflection loss of the developed dual-frequency subreflector is 0. 3dB at X-band, the transmission loss is 0. 3dB at S-band, the profile aceuraey is 0.226 mm.
