The structure characteristics, performance, function principle, scope of application, productive technical flow, choosing of the main raw materials and formula requirement of the plastics geocell mattress were introduced. The principle of ultrasonic welding, equipment and mold and controll requirement of the welding technology as well as the quality standard, technical requirements , specifications of the physical and mechanical properties and the technical specification for installation of the plastics geocell mattress were briefly described.
