塑料件加强肋背面缩陷分析及模具补偿方法

摘要 对理想状态下加强肋背面缩陷尺寸进行了预测,探讨了模腔压力、熔体温度、模具温度、充模速率、浇口形式与结构等因素对加强肋背面缩陷尺寸的影响。提出了在考虑注塑压力、注射温度、注射速率等工艺条件下,塑料件加强肋背面的缩陷值的计算公式,并找出通过模具尺寸设计进行补偿的方法。 Prediction was conducted for the plastics backface shrink pitfall dimension of the strengthening rib under the ideal conditions. The influence of such factors as the cavity pressure, melt temperature, mold temperature, filling rate, gate configuration, etc. on the backface shrink pitfall dimension of the strengthening rib was discussed. The calculating formula for the plastics backface shrink pitfall value of the strengthening rib was put forward at considering the processing conditions of injection pressure, temperature and rate. The compensation method in the mold size design was found out.
