摘要
应用美国AC-TECH公司的C-MOLD软件对冰箱饰条分流道的8种尺寸方案进行了入口压力、锁模力、流道和浇口自重、制件及流道的剪切速率和制件剪切应力、分流道的压力损失等进行了分析,计算出分流道的理论尺寸,结果表明,利用CAE分析所得的结论与理论计算基本符合,分流道尺寸的最佳值为8 mm。
The C-Mold of AC-TECH corporation was used to analyze the pressure at entrance, clamping force, weight of runners and gate, shear rate of product and pressure loss of the refrigeratory accouterment runner by eight methods. The theoretic dimension was also be calculated. The result showed that the theoretic result was accordant to the result by C-MOLD analysis. The ideal dimension of the runner was eight centimeters.
