论述了齐鲁石油化上股份有限公司高密度聚乙烯装置的技术改造。循环气系统改造使反应器运行周期由30d上升到155d,开车升温时间由28h降低到3h,开车一次就可以节约氮气或乙烯76t;仪表系统改造使控制仪表故障率下降达 70%左右;床层料位测量系统改造使反应器的运行周期由100d左右提高到318d,增加产量7.2kt,分别减少了停开车排放氮气、乙烯量1.2,0.6kt;出料系统改造使乙烯单耗降低0.07t/t,每年可节约乙烯9.8kt。
The technical revamping on the high - density polyethylene plant in Qilu Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was described. Modifying the recycle gas system raised the operation period of the reactor from 30 days to 155 days, reduced the time for temperature - rising from 28 hours to 3 hours and saved 76 tons of the nitrogen gas or ethylene for each start - up of the plant. Modifying the instrument system decreased 70% of the failure rate in the control gauge. Modifying the measurement system for bed level raised the operation period of the reactor from 100 days to 318 days, increased output of 7,200 ton and reduced the discharge of 1,200 ton nitrogen gas and 600 ton ethylene, respectively. Modifying the discharge system decreased the unit consumption of ethylene from 0.07 t/ t and saved about 9,800 ton ethylene each year.
