Study on the Factors Influencing the Film-Forming Process of Chinese Lacquer

从生物化学角度探讨了影响生漆成膜过程的温度、湿度、含水量等因素。控制点是漆酶的催化活性和水分的挥发速率 ;湿膜中的含水量决定了漆酶发挥催化作用所必需的摄氧量 ;控制湿度可保证湿膜内水相溶解氧的有效供给 ;O2 是生漆成膜固化过程的限制因子 ;在特定条件下 ,控制温度可保证漆酶保持最佳活性 ,促使生漆成膜固化。

This paper has discussed,from the views of biochemistry,the factors influencing the film-forming process of Chinese lacquer,such as temperature,humidity and water content.The most important are to control the catalytic activity of enzyme and moisture evaporation rate.The moisture content in wet film will determine the oxygen amount necessary for the catalytic activity of enzyme.Control of humidity can ensure an effective supply of soluble oxygen in the water phase of wet film.Oxygen is the control factor in the film-forming process of Chinese lacquer.Under a specified condition,control of temperature can ensure a maximum activity of enzyme to promote the film-forming process of the Chinese lacquer.
