高品质轮胎黑胎侧的配方研究

Study on formulation of quality black tire sidewall

研究了生胶及防老剂对轮胎胎侧耐老化龟裂性能和外观的影响。结果表明 ,胎侧胶料选用并用比为 5 0 /40 /10的NR/BR/SBR并用体系且掺用 5份再生胶、化学防老剂的用量不大于 4份 ;物理防老剂的用量不大于 1.5份、紫外线吸收剂的用量为 5～ 10份 。

The effect of raw rubbers and anti degradants on the cracking property and appearance of black sidewall was investigated.The results showed that the better cracking property and appearance of black sidewall were obtained when NR/BR/SBR (50/40/10) blend with 5 phr of reclaim rubber,less than 4 phr of chemical anti degradant,less than 1 5 phr of physical anti degradant and 5～10 phr of ultraviolet ray absorber were used.
