摘要
在铝合金基体上化学镀Ni Fe P合金 ,研究了合金的成分、结构及其耐腐蚀性 ,并研究了NaH2 PO2 浓度、金属盐的比例及pH值对镀速和镀层组成的影响。在NaH2 PO2 浓度为 35g/L ,金属盐的比例为 0 .4 ,pH =9.0~ 10 .0时 ,合金中铁和磷含量均达到最大值 (分别为 37.4 2 %和 3.4 3% )。镀层主要为非晶态结构。其耐腐蚀性随铁含量的增大而增强 ,且在10 %NaOH溶液中的耐腐蚀性能优于在 1mol/LHCl和 3.5 %NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能。
The composition, structure and corrosion characteristics of electroless Ni Fe P alloy plating were studied, as well as the effects of NaH 2PO 2 concentration, metallic salt ratio and pH value on depositing rate and plating. Iron and phosphorus content of alloy had reached the maximum as 37.42% and 3.43% in 35 g/L NaH 2PO 2 solution with metallic salt ratio at 0.4 and pH=9.0~10.0.The plating was amorphous structure mainly, whose corrosion resistance increased with increasing of iron content. Better anticorrosion was observed in 10% NaOH solution than in 1 mol/L HCl and 3.5% NaCl solution.
