摘要
用分光光度法考察了原儿茶酸的甲酯、正丁酯、正戊酯、正辛酯和正十二烷基酯在0.1mol 磷酸缓冲液(pH8.0)-二甘醇混合溶剂(V:V=1:1)中,用竹溪漆树漆酶酶催下的氧化动力学行为,找出了动力学参数与酯中烷基链长的依存关系。结果表明,不为漆酶所喜爱的亲水性底物(原儿茶酸),经过适当疏水化处理,可以有效地改善其反应性和提高漆酶的催化活性。
The kinetic property of oxidation of methyl.n-butyl、n-amyl、n-octyl and n-dodecyl protocatechuate under catalysis of Rhus vernicifera laccase from Chu-Xi lacquer was measured by a spectraphotometric method in 0.1M phos phate buffer(pH8.0)-diglycol(1:Ⅳ/Ⅴ),and relationship between the kinetic pa- rameter and chain length of esters was observed.These results show that the reactivity of some nonprefererred hydrophilic substrates and the catalytic acti- vity of Rhus vernicifera laccase can be improved efficiently,through the suit able hydrophobic processing in certain site of these substrates.
