摘要
采用挤压铸造代替压力铸造生产铝合金接头 ,不仅克服了压铸件内部容易形成气孔和氧化夹杂的缺陷 ,而且提高了成品率及材料利用率。介绍了铝合金接头挤压铸造的模具结构及设计参数 。
Not only the defects, including gas porosity and non metallic inclusion, in Al die castings are eliminated but also the casting yield and material utilization are increased through adopting extrusion casting instead of pressure die casting. The die structure and design parameters of extrusion casting for aluminum alloy joint were introduced. Technological parameters and selection basis of extrusion casting were analyzed.
