摘要
目的 :对颞骨内部结构进行三维测定 ,为该部位手术操作提供相关的解剖学基础。方法 :对 2 3具 (4 6侧 )头颅标本按照乳突轮廓化的要求 ,暴露其内部结构。采用自己设计的目镜测微尺 ,以外耳道后上棘为“O”点 ,对每一结构进行坐标定位 ,再分别测量该结构到乳突表面的距离。结果 :内耳变异较小 ,面神经骨管有一定程度的变异 ,而后颅窝底板、乙状窦等变异较大。结论 :颞骨内部的三维定位结果 ,可以为该部位的手术操作和相关的手术进路提供必要的解剖数据。
Objective:To provide correlatal anatomical basis for the operation of temporal bone.Methods:The internal structures of temporal bone were exposed by mastoid outline on 23 skull specimens and then were located by ocular micrometer designed by myself.The distances from these structures to surface of mastoid were measured.Three dimensional data of every point on structure were obtained.Results:The variation of inner ear was little.The vairation of facial nerver was mild,and variation in posterior and middle cranial fossa and sigmoid were large.Conclusion:The results in the article can provide useful data for the operation and operatal approach on this area.
