摘要
目的 :研究P物质 (SP)在大鼠小脑皮质中的分布特点及肝硬化后对大鼠小脑皮质中SP的影响。方法 :采用荧光免疫组化技术结合激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术。结果 :①SP样阳性纤维及终末散在分布于小脑皮质各层 ,但在Purkinje神经元层其平均荧光强度相对其它各层较高 ,并主要分布于该神经元树突侧胞体周边形成突触样结构 ;②肝硬化后SP在小脑皮质中的分布与正常组基本一致 ,但阳性反应物的密集度明显增高 ,平均荧光强度显著增强。结论 :肝硬化后小脑皮质中SP含量较正常明显增多 ,很可能是脑损害的一种继发性代偿作用。
Objective: To study the distribution of substance P (SP) in the rat cerebellar cortex and the change of SP after hepatocirrhosis.Methods: Fluorescene immunohistochemical method combined with laser scanning confocal microscopy were used.Results: ①Scattered SP like immunoreactive (SP LI) fibers and terminals were observed in each layer of the cerebellar cortex, and SP LI fibers and terminals were located intensively in the Pukinje layer, closely contacted with the somata close to the dendrites of Purkinje cell; ②The distribution of SP in the cerebellar cortex after hepatocirrhosis was found similar to that in the normal cerebellar cortex, but compared with the normal group, the SP LI structures were found denser and the mean fluorescence intensity was stronger in the hepatocirrhosis group.Conclusion: Compared with the normal group, SP in the cerbebellar cortex after hepatocirrhosis obviously increases and the increase of the concentration of SP in the cerebellar contex may e a kind of secondary compensatory response.
