摘要
以传统数量遗传学理论为基础,以"基因(依效应)随机纯合假说"为前提,作者提出通过人工选择而获得主—微基因频率之积处于"0≤(主)<(微)≤1/4"区间的双亲本群体材料,"成对杂交—自交",得到各个后代群体。文中继而给出了各世代群体均值和方差的遗传剖分公式,讨论了主—微基因有效因子数,遗传力和遗传进度、势能比和显性度、主—微基因变异率等遗传参数的估计问题。按照本设计,即可达到对"质量—数量性状"进行有效的遗传分析之目的。
This paper is one part of the series of studies on genetics of the Q—Q traits,It was based on the theory in traditional quantitative genetics and the prerequisite of the hypothesis of'Genes would be randomly homozygous by their effects',the bi-parent populations in which the frequency of Major- minor genes are as'≤⊕_M<⊕_m≤1/4'can be obtained through artificial selection, and their progeny populations are easy to get by the paired crossing and self- pollination between the two parents.A series of formulae for the genetic par- titions of population means and variances in each generation was given,and estimates of genetic parameters as numbers of effective factors,heritability and genetic advanced, potential ratio,dominance degree and the efficiency ratio of M-n genes were discussed,Following the genetics design,we are able to make genetic analysis effectively on same more complicated metric traits,i.e,the Q—Q traits in plants.
