摘要
为了观察甲型肝炎 (甲肝 )减毒活疫苗 (H2 株 ,10 6 5TCID50 /ml)不同加强程序的免疫效果 ,并探讨甲肝减毒活疫苗的优化免疫方案 ,于 1993年在浙江省台州市椒江区选择 2 6 4名经事先检测 (ELISA法 )抗 -HAV -IgG抗体阴性的儿童 ,按 4种不同加强程序 ,即在接种 1针后的 6个月、12个月、3年、6年接种第 2针。每次接种后 1个月采集血清标本 ,观察免疫后抗体阳转率及几何平均滴度 (GMT)。结果 :接种甲肝减毒活疫苗第 1针后 1个月抗 -HAV -IgG抗体阳转率为 92 2 %~ 10 0 0 % ,GMT为 1∶3 17~ 1∶5 15 (ELISA法 ) ;按 4种不同加强程序接种第 2针后 ,抗 -HAV -IgG抗体阳转率都达 10 0 0 % ,GMT都增长 >4倍 ;其中 0、6个月与 0、12个月加强程序GMT最高 ,达 1∶34 4 3~ 1∶35 12 (ELISA法 )或 30 6 9mIU/ml~ 3133mIU/ml(AbbottEIA法 )。甲肝减毒活疫苗加强接种后抗体GMT有大幅度提高 ,其中 0、6个月或 0。
This paper is to study the immunogenicity of live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine(H 2 strain)after booster dose with different schedules and search for the best way of the vaccination program. A total of 264 susceptibles with negative anti-HAV-IgG(by ELISA)were selected from Jiaojiang City,Zhejiang Province They were divided into four groups,lach group received 2 doses of live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine (H 2strain)at schedules of 0,6 months;0,12 months;0,3 years;0,6 years respectively and were bled at l month after each vaccination The results showed that the positive seroconversion rate of anti-HAV-IgG at l month after the first dose was 92 2% to 100%,and GMT was 1∶3 17 to 1∶5 15(ELISA) Anti-HAV-IgG reached 100% and GMT increased more than 4 times after the booster in four different schedules GMT was significantly high at the top level of 1∶34.43?1∶35.12(EIISA) or 3 069mIU/ml?3 133mIU/ml(Abbott EIA)in 0,6 month and 0,12 month schedules as compared with that of the other two The live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine(H 2 strain) induced secondary immune response well and reacheda top level of GMT by a booster dose Among the schedules we studied,0,6 month and 0,12 month schedules were recommendeda±a
