吸附百日咳、白喉、破伤风、脊髓灰质炎四联疫苗的安全性和免疫原性研究 被引量:13

A Study on Efficacy and Safety of Adsorbed DPT-IPV Vaccine(Tetrocoq)

摘要 为了验证法国安万特 -巴斯德公司研制的吸附百日咳、白喉、破伤风、脊髓灰质炎 (脊灰 )四联疫苗 (以下简称四联疫苗 )在中国婴儿群体中接种后的安全性和免疫原性 ,在海南省对 3~ 6个月婴儿进行了四联疫苗接种后安全性的临床观察和免疫原性的血清学检测。安全性的结果为 :全身轻、中、重副反应发生率分别为 :16 6 7%、17 5 9%、2 0 8% ;局部轻、中、重副反应发生率分别为 2 1 5 3%、2 31%、0。免疫原性的结果为 :免疫 3针后间隔 1个月的百日咳、白喉、破伤风抗体阳转率分别为 99 1%、10 0 0 %、10 0 0 % ;脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型抗体阳转率分别是 :10 0 0 0 %、98 73%、97 98%。 There has no adsorbed DPT-IPV vaccine in China yet In order to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of adsorbed DPT-IPV vaccine(Tetrocoq)manufactured by Aventis Pasteur Company,we carried out a study in Hainan Province to have 148 healthy infants of 3-6 months old involved The systemic and local side effects were 16 67%,17 59%,2 08% and 21 53%,2 31%,0,according to the degree of clinical reactions naming mild,moderate and severe respectively The positive seroconversion rates for diphtheria,tetanus and pertussis were 100%,100% and 99 1%respectively one month after finishing three doses and that of polio type Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were 100%,98 73% and 97 98% respectively These data indicate that the adsorbed DPT-IPV vaccine(Tetrocoq)has good safety and immunogenicity
