摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板状连续电泳方法,对寡齿新银鱼(Neosalanx oligodontis Chen)和太湖新银鱼(N.taihuensis Chen)的α-磷酸甘油脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、苹果酸脱氢酶和超氧化物岐化酶的同工酶表现型进行了比较研究。两种银鱼的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶表现型完全相同,在其它三种同工酶中也表现出明显的遗传相似性和较小的差异性。结果表明两种银鱼具有十分密切的亲缘关系,并且两个种的进化趋异时间是很短的。
Using polyacrylamide vertical slab gel electrophoresis, the phenotypes of α-GPDH, LDH, MDH and SOD of Neosalanx oligodontis Chen and N. taihuensis Chen have been compared. The phenotypes of LDH in tow species are the same, and the other three isozymes in two species display the significant genetic similarties and small differences. The result indicates that there is close relationship between N. oligodontis and N. taihuensis, and the time for these two species diverged and evolved is very short.
