摘要 本文从杂种优势预测所需的三个基本条件入手,研究了 MDH 和 GDH 活性作为水稻杂种优势预测生理参数的可能性。结果表明:MDH 活性在整个生育期中的变化呈现一定的规律性,并且杂种酶活性是由其双亲遗传性所决定的,同时,MDH 活性与多个生长性状及产量性状有密切的相关性。因此,利用 MDH 活性早期预测杂种后期生长和产量优势表现是一个有意义的生理参数。而 GDH 活性变化复杂,不适于作为优势预测的生理参数。 Changes of MDH activity of hybrid rice and their parents during growth and development were same in order,and the enzyme activity level of hybrid rice is the result of inheritance of their parents.There were significant rela- tionship between MDH activities and several growth and yield characters, especially at seedling stage Thus we suggested that MDH activity level at initial stage is probablly as a significant physiological parameter of which predict heterosis of growth and yield at late stage The changes of GDH acti- vity is complex,the enzyme activity level of hybrid rice is the result of inheritance of their parents too,but there were not many significant relation- ship between enzyme activity and growth or yield characters,because of these,we suggested that GDH activity is not suitable for predicting the hete- rosis of hybrid rice.
