摘要
作者完成了利用煅烧镁铝尖晶石制造方镁石-尖晶石砖的工艺条件的实验室研究和工业试制。结果表明,采用天然原料(高铝矾土和菱镁矿)煅烧合成的镁铝尖晶石料和制砖镁砂,控制合理的工艺参数,可以制得抗热震性优良、高温性能良好的方镁石-尖晶石砖。文章中提出的合成镁铝尖晶石的配料公式简单、实用,适用于不同品位原料合成镁铝尖晶石的配料计算。
Having completed both their laboratory experiment and pilot manufacture study of the technology of making periclase spinel firebrick, the authors achieve success in using calcinated magnesia-alumina spinel. It is found that proper control of technological parameters in the calcination of the raw material (high Al bauxite and magnesite)for making the synthetic magnesia-alumina spinel aggregate gives thermal-shock-resistent periclase spinel firebrick of high quality. Formula for proportioning the ingredients of the synthesized magnesia—alumina spinel is simple,practicable and adaptable to proportioning the ingredients of various grades.
